Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all purchases, rentals, and use of the SOBAGU website.

Orders

Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation. Prices may change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock.

Sales

Returns, refunds, or replacements are available only for:

• Damaged products received.
• Incorrect products delivered.

An uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any claim.

Used jewellery, earrings, nose pins, or damaged items caused after delivery are not eligible.

Rentals

Booking

Rental booking is confirmed only after full rental payment and applicable refundable security deposit.

Government-issued photo ID and address proof are required.

Rental Period

Rental duration is fixed at booking (24/48/72 hours or otherwise agreed).

Jewellery must be returned in original packaging.

Security Deposit

Deposits are refunded after inspection. Bank processing may take 3–5 business days.

Damage & Loss

• Minor damage: Actual repair charges.
• Major damage, theft, or loss: Customer is liable for full retail replacement value.
• Lost boxes or packaging: ₹500.
• Late return: 10% of rental fee per delayed hour.

No alterations, adhesives, perfumes directly on jewellery, polishing, or third-party repairs.

Shipping

Domestic shipping across India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier operations.

Intellectual Property

All logos, photographs, graphics, designs, product descriptions, trademarks, and website content belong to SOBAGU and may not be copied without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

SOBAGU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, transport disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Arsikere, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
